The job holder is responsible in managing and developing a sales team for serving the domestic and regional cash management needs of the Corporate and Institutional customers, respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Has a minimum of 8 years experience in corporate banking handling trade finance, treasury, and custody products.
• Has previous experience in cash management or electronic banking is not essential, but would &nbspbe an advantage.
• Has proven track record in selling complex banking services to external parties.
• Proficient in English and computer literate, i.e. MS Office.
• Has a pleasant personality and able to work with a team.
• Has a strong drive to succeed.
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
  

Officer Client Service Cash Management - Jakarta (Code: OFFCR PCM JAK CBA - 09)

The job holder is responsible to support customer’s queries on all cash management products via phone call or through customer visits. He/ she needs to ensure the delivery of quality service, to ensure that the issues/complaints are handled well and escalate when required, understand client’s needs and provide feedback on product/ system requirements and spot cross sell opportunites and maintain quality service.

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable/leading university.
• Has a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in customer facing area.
• Possess a pleasant personality, good communication skills, pro-active attitudes, and good &nbspteamwork.
• Has interest to work with details and maintain high accuracy at all time.
• Willingness to work under pressures and resistance to complains.
• Proficient in English and Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
