Management Trainee
Requirements :

• Fresh Graduated from university of Indonesia with minimum GPA 2,75 (Scale of 4)
• Bachelor Degree majoring in economic and All Engineering (preferable in industrial major)
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
• Good at interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Analytical, strong critical thinking and problem solving
• Must have strong initiative, possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process and result oriented with strong personal drive
• A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a highly demanding environment
• English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking would be an advantage
